The Impact Of Educational Policy On The Status Of Women In Nigeria 1990 - 2000

Abstract

This paper critically examines gender responsive educational policies. A method that is intended to facilitate a process which can systematically mainstream gender disparity (inequality) in educational policies from the stage ofproblem identification to setting and defining general and specific objectives. A simple method ofanalyzing gender response policies and a checklist ofdocuments which are necessary is provided.
